A young woman’s world is shattered after a physical assault. Her trauma results in a heightened sense of her environment, and maybe a hint of paranoia. Director Grasso relies on a realistic style and a subtly complex narrative structure to forge an intense psychological study on the emotional after-shocks of personal violence.
