To submit a film to Fantasia, please print and fill the following Entry Form and send it with a copy of your movie before May 4th, 2005.
Since the release of Fantasia's 2004 schedule, several changes have been made and several films have been added to the schedule. The additional films are Shaun of the Dead, Suspect Zero, Dark Water and Eternal. Also of note is the special screening of Riding the Bullet which was added after the release of the Fantasia program.
